KoShape
Brand launch, messaging and website for a new talent delivery and transformation consultancy
KoShape Background
Founders Rob Wright and Ruth Christian had spent decades on opposite sides of the same problem, Rob in specialist talent delivery, Ruth leading complex transformation programmes. They wanted to build a business around the gap they’d both seen too often: organisations chasing new capability while losing the people, culture and leadership bench needed to actually deliver it. What they didn’t have yet was a name, a brand, or a way of putting that insight into words.
Readysalted was brought in to take KoShape from a conversation between two founders to a business ready to go to market, offering a full consultative service across naming, branding, messaging and website.
KoShape Challenges
Rob and Ruth are talent delivery specialists, not a recruitment agency, and that distinction needed to run through every word on the site, not sit in a mission statement alone. As a brand-new business working with organisations from high-growth startups to large enterprise, often at board level, KoShape needed to feel established from day one despite having no track record to point to yet. The website also needed room to grow as the business developed its offer.
Project Overview
We began by working collaboratively with the founders to find the right name and market position, testing options against the specific problem KoShape solves rather than starting from a design brief. From there, a series of messaging workshops shaped how KoShape talks about the execution gap, the hollowed-out leadership pipeline, and outcome-based delivery, in language that reads as consultative rather than transactional.
The website was then designed and built on a component-driven WordPress framework, giving KoShape reusable, structured page blocks for services, sectors, insights and team profiles, rather than one-off page designs. As the business adds new services or content, the site can be extended without a rebuild.

Project Phases
Naming & Positioning
- Collaborative workshops with the founders to test names against market position
- Defined how KoShape needed to be perceived by board-level clients
Messaging & Brand
- Developed a brand identity built to carry weight from launch, not grow into it
Website Design & Development
- Built on a component-driven WordPress framework for long-term flexibility
- Optimised for a board-level, cross-sector audience
Outcome
KoShape launched with a brand and website that gave a two-person startup the presence of an established consultancy. The messaging gave Rob and Ruth a clear, consistent way to explain what they do and why it’s different, something they’d struggled to articulate before the project.
The response since launch has been strong, with several new business meetings booked directly off the back of the site going live, a good early signal for a business with no prior track record behind it.
Looking Ahead
As KoShape grows its client base, there’s scope to keep developing the site, adding case studies and proof points of its own to reinforce the positioning we helped shape from day one.
