Growing a Digital Ecosystem Alongside a Scaling Business
Website design and development for a Newcastle-based SME, including GoHighLevel marketing integration.
NPH Group Background
Readysalted has been NPH Group’s development agency since we first redesigned their website. At that point, NPH was a specialist occupational health provider looking for a site that properly reflected the service they delivered.
Since then, NPH has grown considerably, into a business built around a genuinely technical, connected platform: RoleReady, ClearPath and HealthTrack now work together as one system, mapping employee roles to requirements, automating onboarding, and running booking, recalls and compliance reporting end to end. As the business changed, what it needed from its website and marketing stack changed with it.
NPH Group Challenges
This wasn’t a straightforward “redesign the website” brief. NPH’s digital footprint had grown to include their website, hard-won SEO performance built up over years, and marketing run through GoHighLevel, and none of these could be considered in isolation without risking the others.
The website needed a clear technical plan of action that accounted for the full digital ecosystem, not just a new layer of design. Any rebuild had to protect the SEO performance NPH had already earned, while improving user journeys and conversion for a business now selling a more sophisticated, technology-led proposition than it had years earlier.
Project Overview
We took a consultative approach throughout, reviewing NPH’s existing SEO reports and analysing how the website, search performance and GoHighLevel marketing platform worked together before planning any changes. That gave us a technical roadmap that protected what was already working, rather than a redesign that started from a blank page.
From there, our UX work focused on restructuring NPH’s content and user journeys around how their actual customers, HR and health and safety teams evaluating an occupational health provider, use the site. Our UI work then built on that structure to improve conversion and engagement, using modern, future-proof technology that could scale as NPH’s own product ecosystem grew more complex.

Project Phases
Digital Ecosystem Review
- Reviewed existing SEO reports and performance data before any redesign work began
- Mapped how the website, SEO and GoHighLevel marketing platform worked together
- Planned a technical roadmap that protected existing SEO performance through the transition
UX & Content
- Restructured content and user journeys around how HR and H&S buyers actually evaluate an occupational health provider
- Simplified navigation across an increasingly complex service and product offering
UI & Conversion
- Designed and built on modern, future-proof technology to support NPH’s continued growth
- Focused UI decisions on improving conversion and engagement across the site
Outcome
The first website we delivered for NPH was a success in its own right. What’s mattered more since is that the relationship didn’t end there. As NPH has matured into a more technically sophisticated business, we’ve grown alongside them, providing a solution shaped around their business rather than a one-off template, and we speak with NPH at least once a month to advise on their digital ecosystem as it evolves.
That’s why NPH keep coming back to us. We know their business, their systems and their goals well enough to act as an extension of their team, not an outside supplier they have to re-brief each time something changes.

Looking Ahead
As NPH Group continues to develop RoleReady, ClearPath and HealthTrack as an integrated platform, we’ll keep working alongside them to make sure their website and marketing stack evolve in step with the business, rather than needing another ground-up rebuild each time they grow.
