Pure Concierge’s brand needed to fit into the luxury service market, clearly communicate their service offering and company ethos. The website did this with flying colours.
As well as a glossy front end which offered the same experience across all devices the company required a bespoke back end customer area where their clients could log requests, view their bill and time sheet breakdown as well as stay up to date with any internal company messages.
