University of Sunderland: Library website

Following the successful delivery of digital projects with the University of Sunderland Readysalted were commissioned to develop a new Terminal 4 framework for their main services portal, the initial template being used on the library website.

The library site is a central information point for students based in the U.K and overseas and often sees some of the heaviest traffic with the site covering a multitude information user journeys.

In depth analysis was taken looking into user journeys and the expected user experience (U.X) of the students.

The result? increased National and International website traffic, improved student engagement levels and successful KPI results.
